Laser Cutting
Quality Metal Solutions has two precision laser cutting machines. A 5kw Trumpf L20 TruLaser and 4kw Trumpf 3030 Trulaser.
Both machines boast exceptional laser cutting capabilities. From intricate shapes across a broad range of metal profiles, to one off prototypes to high volume production.
CO2 laser provides micro-burr-free cutting results with an accuracy of +/- 0.25mm and positioning accuracy of +/- 0.1mm.
Flat Sheet up to 3000mm x 1500mm
- Mild steel - up to 25 mm
- Stainless steel - up to 20 mm
- Aluminium – up to 16mm
